Pretending to be happy isn't the same as being happy.
I'm feeling great.
Happiness is great. But let's be realistic — no one can be happy every single moment, and if we try to trick ourselves into pretending that, we're probably just going to end up disappointed.
Being happy is still a great goal of course. It's just important to recognize that everyone has ups and downs.

- At times everyone feels overwhelmed and stressed.
Sometimes there isn't a clear answer to simply solve all of the things you're dealing with all at once. But don't sweat it alone — you don't have to! Talking with someone about how you are feeling is a great way to start relieving pressure.
